What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
- Your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address, so we can fulfil an order.
- Your order and trial history, so you can see it and we can help when you call.
- A pincode you enter to check serviceability, kept in your own browser.
- Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.
What we do not collect
We never see your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, who are PCI-DSS compliant. We receive only a payment reference and whether it succeeded.
Why we hold it
- To take, pack and deliver your order.
- To call or message you about a delivery or a home trial.
- To answer a question you have sent us.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations.
Who else sees it
- Supabase, who host our database and manage sign-in.
- Razorpay, for payments.
- Our delivery partners, who receive only the address and phone number needed to deliver.
- Resend, for order emails.
- Nobody else. We do not sell or rent customer data to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for eight years, which is what Indian tax law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Support messages are kept for two years.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and its data, subject to the record-keeping above.
- Ask us to stop sending you anything that is not about an order you placed.
Cookies
We set a session cookie when you sign in, and one that remembers a guest bag so it survives a refresh. Both are strictly necessary for the site to work. Analytics cookies are aggregate and do not identify you.
