Home trial policy
How the free home trial works, where we offer it, and what happens to the pieces you do not keep.
Last updated 10 August 2026
What the trial is
For addresses inside our delivery radius, we will bring up to five pieces to your door so you can see them in your own light before deciding. The service is free, and it stays free whether or not you buy anything.
Trial availability is decided by pincode. Enter yours on any product page and the site will tell you plainly whether we can bring pieces to you.
How it runs
- Add anything marked for home trial to your bag — five pieces maximum per visit.
- Place the order as normal. Nothing is charged for trial pieces at checkout.
- Someone from the shop calls the number on your order to agree a time.
- They bring the pieces to your gate. They will not enter your home.
- You keep what you want and hand back the rest, there and then.
- You pay only for what you keep, by cash, UPI or card at the door.
What we ask
- Please look at the pieces in the presence of the person who brought them.
- Please do not cut, wash or mark anything during a trial.
- Someone over 18 needs to be at the address at the agreed time.
- If you need to reschedule, a message on WhatsApp is enough.
After a trial purchase
A piece bought after a home trial is not returnable. You have already seen and handled it, which is the whole point of the service.
If a piece later turns out to have a manufacturing fault, that is a different matter — contact us and we will replace it.
Where we offer it
The trial radius is currently Jwalapur and central Haridwar. We add pincodes as our delivery routes grow, and the site always reflects the current list rather than a fixed area.
