Who we are
Sidana Suits is a retail business trading from Near Jama Masjid, Gurudwara Road, Jwalapur, Haridwar, Uttarakhand 249407, India. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means the person placing an order.
Orders
- An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it to you.
- We may decline an order if a piece has sold out, if the address is outside our delivery area, or if we cannot verify the contact details.
- Prices shown include all applicable taxes. Delivery is free.
- How a piece is sold is stated on its own page. Where something is sold as cloth, any measurements given are approximate lengths of that cloth and not garment sizes.
Colour and appearance
Photographs are taken in daylight and shown without retouching, but screens differ and dyed fabric varies between lots. Small differences between the photograph and the piece you receive are normal and are not a fault. This is precisely why we offer a home trial where we can.
Payment
- You may pay by cash on delivery, or online by UPI, card or net banking.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.
- For online orders, stock is held for you for twenty minutes while payment completes. If it does not complete in that time, the hold is released and the order is cancelled.
Delivery
We deliver across India through courier partners, and ourselves within Haridwar. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We will keep you informed if something is delayed.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
